Communicating with users on the site is easy. You can send someone a private message within the site. The user will then get an email from the site once per day informing them of a new message. Correspondence in this way is easy and your email address is never shared to protect your privacy. If you want to allow a user access to your email address, you can invite them into your network and then choose to show your email address on your profile to everyone in your network.
