At the age of five, Chavis was diagnosed with a severe learning disability, which included both dyslexia and attention deficit disorder. In grade school, he sat in a desk placed at the back corner of the classroom with a refrigerator box placed over him and a hole cut out in the front. This was the only way teachers could keep Chavis focused enough to stay in school. So, he remained in the box for years. Even through all the struggles to learn, he did not allow his disability to control his life possibilities.
Chavis has taken the real estate market by storm. Several professional athletes have flocked to Chavis to learn how to use the real estate market to gain extra income, including: NFL’s Ray Lewis, MLB’s Gary Sheffield, Boxing’s Winky Wright, and NBA’s Chucky Atkins.
