I'm a director of new products at a large ecommerce company. My job is to launch and manage, past the incubation stage, new products that have an online component.
I’ve noticed, while doing my job, that there seem to be many sites that concentrate on increasing site traffic, but few that provide information about managing online products and earning customer loyalty once users find them. I was thinking of creating such a site – an online exchange of ideas for eproduct management, promotion and customer loyalty.
I’m trying to get feedback – Would such a site be useful? What form would it take? Specifically, what topics, as entrepreneurs, would interest you?
